Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Installed items are not eligible for return, however, they are covered under the full manufacturer's warranty.
If the wrong battery is accidentally ordered and either the client or the Battery Roadie tech notices the error, we will work to correct this prior to service being completed with no service charge.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Batteries that have been installed are not eligible for return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded via your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
