Warranty

Battery Roadie distributes premium batteries warrantied by leading manufacturers. Failure during the warranty period is backed by manufacturers. Please refer to the manufacturer’s website for warranty information.

Most often during the first several years of a battery’s life, no-start situations are caused by discharged batteries. Discharged batteries simply need to be recharged. This often occurs when a vehicle has been sitting, or just driven short distances.

Battery Roadie will honor manufacturers’ warranties. Service charges for delivery and installation will apply (usually $99.95, but subject to make/model). Please note, batteries must be fully charged at the time of testing for an accurate test result. If a battery is discharged, we will provide jump start service.

Warranty service can also be obtained directly through the manufacturer. Warranty centers will require a reasonable time to charge and test your battery, and if defective, replace it according to the warranty policy. Service charges may apply for testing and installation.
