Emergency Services
Battery Roadie is your local Bay Area Mobile Battery Shop. We Make Battery Replacement Easy!
Are you stuck somewhere, and your car won't start? Wondering what to do next?
Have our technicians come and diagnose your starting issue. We'll evaluate your battery, and determine if you just require a jump start or if we recommend replacement. If your battery requires replacement, we can take care of it on the spot and save you a trip to the dealership or parts store.
Before calling us, consider the following
- Did you leave your lights on, or something else to kill the battery? A battery will handle a radio left on for an hour, but if you've drained the battery from leaving something on a jump start may be the way to go.
- Average life span of a battery is in the 4–5-year range. If you are getting close to that age, even if you know you've just drained the battery - it may be worth replacing.
- Has the car been sitting for an extended period of time? If so, it is likely the battery is simply discharged. Again, evaluate the age before making a decision. If it's been sitting for months and is relatively new, a good battery shop will be able to charge it. If it has been sitting for years, it's time to buy a new battery.
- An alternator will often have difficulty recharging a completely dead battery. After a jump start, sure to drive the vehicle for 30-60 minutes (preferably on the highway) to ensure you aren't stuck again in short order.
If you only require a jump start, we will get you going for a $99.95 service fee. If you require a new battery, we will only charge for the battery replacement.
We recommend contacting us by phone or text for emergency services. Call or text (415) 841-2728 to book jump start service. If you determine battery replacement is a better option - call, text, or book replacement service online.
